Sensitive information, private data or login details will not be shared.

If you cancel a project before work has started, any refund will depend on what has already been agreed and whether planning or preparation work has begun.

If you cancel after work has started, payments already made may not be refundable.

For ongoing support, either party may end the arrangement by giving written notice before the next billing period, unless a different notice period has been agreed.
